Shipping policy

ELVAYRO offers worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Free tracked shipping is available on every order unless a different option or charge is shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process, verify, and prepare for shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 6–15 days after dispatch for destinations available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, high-volume periods, public holidays, remote destinations, or an incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take several business days to display its first carrier scan.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs charges, or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless collected at checkout or prohibited by law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed, Lost, or Delivered-but-Missing Orders

If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact support@elvayro.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will assist with the next steps based on the tracking record and applicable law.

Multiple Packages

Items in one order may occasionally ship separately. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive at different times.
